NYANCHWA AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT
The project involved preliminary works, demolitions, and the construction of 200 affordable housing units within two 10-storey apartment blocks. The scope also included the construction of a commercial center, installation of a septic tank with sewer line connections, drilling and equipping a borehole, and constructing water storage tanks. Additionally, the project covered civil works and fencing to ensure functionality and security.
