TIMAU AFFORDABLE HOUSING
The project entails the development of three 10-floor building blocks with a total of 287 units. In addition to the residential buildings, the scope includes the construction of supporting structures such as a power house, guard house, garbage receptacle, social hall, commercial stalls, kindergarten, waste treatment plant, and an underground water storage tank. Civil and external works also include the installation of a chain link fence, roads, and parking areas. The project has a gross built-up area of 19,557 sqm, providing ample space for both living and community facilities.
